Does my battery case need cooling?

Hi there! Im building a 10s3p battery pack with samsung 40t cells which i will keep inside of a hardcase on top of my board when its all done. I can’t seem to find any discussion about heat management when using a case like that, even though it seems to be a popular choice. I’ll be making use of fishpaper and some kapton tape for electrical insulation but its making me a little concerned about heat transfer since the case has no airflow and the battery within will be wrapped with another layer of insulation. Is there a common solution for this that I’m not seeing or is it not a problem in the first place?

The battery doesn’t typically need cooling, and that would sabotage water ingress resistance.

Make sure each P group is wrapped in fishpaper.

Will do! Thanks for the reply!
