Hi all. Recently cleared my loft and found my really old electric skateboard I bought for a few quid. Long story short the esc was shot. This was after I’d purchased a like for like motor and lead (yeah really) like for like batteries. It’s a really old heavy beast!
Anyway I started to look on eBay to see if anything might work just to power it up - nothing serious, just to have it running even if it is slow by today’s standards. It has a brushed 24v 150w motor so only 2 leads to esc. I’ve seen quite a few cheap Chinese esc’s but they look like they are for brushless set ups. Probably a super daft question ‘but’ would a cheap 24/36v brushless esc run a brushed motor? I can’t seem to find a ‘brushed’ equivalent.
Any help greatly appreciated.
