Hall sensor Motor 6 pin to ESC ( HobbyWing ) 5 pin HELP

Hi, im new here this is my first post! Im in the middle of my first build my motor dual hubmotor 6" has Hall Sensors that have 6 wires as follows ( green, black, white, yellow, blue, red ). My hobbywing esc has a 5 pin hall sensor ( black, orange, yellow, blue, red ) I am capable of repinning to a 6 or 5 pin connector but what colors do I match up? I was considering running no sensors also, I just don’t want to pin something wrong and break my equipment.

No sensors should be fine hobby-wing is very forgiving. It’s difficult to get the pin out on those because they are poted in black goop.

@GamerGirl That’s great to hear! I was talking about repinning the extension wire, not the wire that runs into the board. But ill give it a go for sensorless this is an off-road board build so I most likely will not be in the low rpm a lot. Thanks for the advice :slight_smile:
