How to reduce the ripple factor？

Input is 15v dc power supply There is ripple in the output voltage after using pwm (40KHZ) voltage regulation, and the ripple coefficient is large How to reduce the output ripple? Limit the ripple factor to around 10% And the voltage should be adjustable, the adjustment range is from 0v to 10v What if you start to adjust the voltage from 3v?

How to design it according to the voltage of 3v?

Thats a great question for an electrical engineer, which I am not. But the two ways I know to reduce voltage ripple are either wrapping both wires a few turns around a ferrite ring (donut shaped magnet) or just buying a cap pack from one of the Rc vendors like these:
