My board wont fully charge. It only take about 65% and the my charger flashes red and green. I just took voltages of the charger, the charger cable that goes to the batter, and the battery. They all read normal. I want to say the batter has dead cells, but im curious. If a battery has dead cells, will the voltage read normal. The voltage range for the batter is 36-50.4 and it read 42.5.
batts can have a surface voltage that sags under load
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but your voltage won’t read normal, as each cell contributes to overall voltage, so if some are dead it will reduce your overall.
