I bought a Maverix California electric skateboard recently but it was missing the remote - here is a link that describes it (https://www.motosk8.com/review-6-maverix-electric-skateboards/). I searched online for a direct replacement but haven’t been successful for many months. I thus want to replace it with a universal remote and receiver. I found some cheap ones on amazon but the description says it is only for PWM signal brushless ESC, not for FOC remote control/controller solution - what does that mean - anyone know if this board uses the PWM ESC? If not, does anyone have some suggestions of a cheap replacement - thanks
