Hi, I ordered a pair of vesc from @torqueboards and just wanted to know how long I can expect to wait to receive my items. I ordered them a little over a week ago. I tried contacting them a couple times but got no response. I hope I can get them real soon so I can get to riding again. I completely understand thy might be busy because they get a new order like every 15 min. so instead contacting them I want to see what you guys have experience.

I have ordered from them in the past. It takes them a while. Just got my recent order about a week and a half later. They will ship it out, just a little slow.

In the past I’ve always received my orders on time, but given that black friday sales just happened I would probably expect them to take longer than normal along with Covid related delays

I think they’re backed up right now from all the Black Friday sales and churning through all the orders. They are on this forum as @torqueboards
