Possibly you are hitting the temperature max and your Vesc is shutting down. Also your battery current should not be that high probably 40amps max

What is your voltage cut off set to? I think you may hit it because off voltage sag. As @pat.speed said, you may wanna set your battery max amp a little bit lower.
