Guys with 45 and 35 SR baseplates that are top mounted, do you have clearance issues anywhere?

What did you use for the clear coat? Iā€™m in the process of sanding mine down but donā€™t really know what to use

I used spraymax 2k clear coat.

Any discoloration? Thinking of spraying this over some vinyl on an enclosure.

No none at all. Itā€™s really good stuff. If you do use it make sure you have a proper respirator and cover your skin, isocyanates exposure can be legit dangerous.

So can I get one shipped to europe @Hummie ?

IFā€¦you get on the indigogo. its up there now for eu.

Canā€™t see an eu shipping option? Also whatā€™s the difference between ā€œcarbon deck and enclosureā€ vs ā€œdeck and boxā€?

it would be the ā€œrest of worldā€ option for anywhere out of the usa.

box meaning the same as enclosure. I like the word more. enclosure makes me feel gross.

Ah that info is not visible on mobile version. Only desktop.

Just a bit at full lean.

Easy fix.

Better fix is adjustable baseplates. The are slightly taller and give you extra clearance.

I do have adjustable baseplates in mind, but Iā€™m making my board as low, as an AT can be, will soon be able to check the fit for myself.

I had my hummie deck pretty damn low on haggy pneumatic tires. Motor clearance was the issue. The extra 1/4 made worlds of difference for motor adjustment and being able to leave my trucks lose enough to carve without them hitting the deck at full lean. I only ran one in the rear. Made it super stale.

Hereā€™s mine. Itā€™s a bleeping awesome deck.

Thank you all for sharing your fantastic builds. Iā€™d love to try them. So different after all. Very good for inspiration when building.

Didnā€™t want to cut holes in Benā€™s ultra nice enclosure for a vmeter. So I made this instead, to monitor charging. I can check voltages during rides on my phone.

Nice mounts, are they custom?

Thank you  Yeah. I designed them in cad and cnc machined them at work. Sometimes my boss letā€™s me use the machines.
