Hi Brad,

Thanks for this info. I just ordered the parts and put this exact setup on my Ranger.

I also weigh ~200lbs. How much did you tighten all of the kingpins? Are the photos above with the parts on and threads showing a good indication of how much you tightened all of them, or was that pre-tuning?

I left mine with about the same amount of thread showing, but they seem super loose - though I’m pretty new to this, so I have no idea.

Tighten to the point where all the slop is out of the setup then tighten the secondary sets first and more than the primary sets

Brad,

Just wanted to say thanks for all the input on this. I cannot believe how much of a difference this setup makes over stock. It’s more stable, more maneuverable, and it feels smoother too - my feet aren’t nearly as sore by the end of a long ride.
