Are the Samsung INR21700-40T batteries any good? They are rated at 4Ah and 36A discharge current

The Samsung 40T is probably the second-best 21700 high-drain cell at the moment for LEV use, behind the Molicel P42A. In the 18650 form factor, the Molicel P26A and the Samsung 30Q and the Murata VTC6 are good.

One more if you don’t mind: how is compared 21700 t40 to t30? i didn’t find direct comparison. looks like from specs t40 has higher discharge rating (45a vs 35a), but in the same time they say t30 is better for high discharge. (Molicel P42A is not available where i leave, so im focused on those two)
