It is a green polyester/Carbon Fiber hybrid skinned on a Psychotiller enclosure with epoxy.

It is a vinyl decal of sorts, the trick is to lock it in epoxy/polyurethane/clear coat for longevity

I literally had this EXACT same setup when I first got into downhill… back when sliding was so cool, prior to DH culminating in hard lipped grippy wheels like centrax and coming back full circle to the freeride style downhill today…
