Just a small pothole, normally it should just go over it like nothing but 2 years of maniac like riding took its toll on the deck. I freaking loved this thing

I’ve been working with my father this summer to build an integrated deck similar to what chaka does with his free ride decks. The aim is to offer something sleek and elegant but also a high quality product with a lot of flexibility when building.
Its as thick as it needs to be ±25mm (+1.2mm lid) and as light as possible. The raw deck (without lid) weighs 1.95kg.
The focus of this board are obviously builders like us so it can take up to 4 motors and has room for up to a 12s4p battery on a dual config.
The pockets are 22.5mm deep and 76mm wide. This allows even NESE modules to be fitted in.
The aim is to build it water resistant with a gasket that goes on the lid.
The lid will be either alu or a industlial glass fiber composite and will be cut in 3 pieces (2 small ones at the ends and a big one in the centre). That will allow to service the board without having to unscrew the trucks.
There are more details to come that I will put on a dedicated thread once we’ve got a finalised prototype in about 10 days…

Also as a side note this decks will be produced locally in Spain. Pressed and CNC’d by the same company that extracts the wood veneers. So no hussles with overseas asian shipping or production…

I literally need to see a board made completely of your parts.
Please keep it up for another couple years so that when I do finally have the additional expendable income I can do just that… Build a board with all your parts. Jeeeeee-berz!!! It’s all way WAY sexy!

Well, it’s for our test board as I will be coming back home to make test drive videos with both urethane and pnuemies so we wanted to just swap hanger for different drive version. So quick disconnect is required
