I paid $1300 for an order that never arrived, nobody @torqueboards is responding. This has been a looong time now so what do you think the best next step should be? They seem to be based in Texas so should I contact a lawyer there to escalate this? Because I’m not sure if there’s a government authority in the U.S that deals with this.

Get your money back. Torqueboards has some issues going on due to covid.

Another one… Steer clear from torquedork, Poor quality, communication and laughs at his customers when they adress this. Hope your cc refunds.

Thanks for the advice, it looks like I’m gonna have to go the legal route because it’s too late for charge back. I can’t believe they just robbed me of $1300! Furious with this
