I did so before I started riding yesterday. Too nervous to mess up my batteries further!
For lipos you should be using roughly 80% of their rated capacity for max cycle life. Next time you empty your pack, do an unbalanced charge cycle with balance leads plugged into your charger so it doesn’t over charge any one cell. This will give you the most accurate estimate on how much capacity you’re actually getting out of the battery. In reality it’s still a little lower since there are some inefficiencies in charging that the charger doesn’t take into account.
