Will a 6s BMS work with 2x 6s LiPos in parallel?
As long as you connect/wire each cell parallel to the corresponding cell in the other pack and then wire in the BMS. Then it would be a 6s 2p battery pack

You need to splice the balance leads.

Yeah. Or get a parallel charging board if you dont want to solder them.
