Video is fine now. Your receiver behaves just the way it should. Slow blinking without bind plug is normal as it waits for the remote and wants to pair. Remote should not be doing that rapid flashing without binding button being pushed. You said that it wasn’t flashing with throttle not connected right? If you leave throttle unplugged and turn receiver on (without binding plug), does the receiver stop flashing? If so, it is correctly paired and something might be wrong on the throttle side.
I will try to pair it without the throttle later today and let u know what happens
