Custom Made Board, what can $600 get me?

Yeah that’s what I found when I did some research on him. What do you think is the best place to get a battery?

Definetly @psychotiller

Okay, that’s kinda what I was leaning towards, unless I guess if its cheaper to have someone build one for me like @M.Hboards offered

You can buy from him, my bad @M.Hboards, also @RedBaron offers good prices for quality batteries too

Do yourself a favor and get some m4 assorted screws and xt60s, and some bullet connectors before you do anything, buy them on aliexpress. They’re cheap but takes a while to ship.

And also a soldering iron if you don’t have one already

Thanks for the tip, I do have a soldering iron :metal:

I’m actually also in need of a battery, how much do you charge for a 10s3p built with the pcb bms etc

Around $220 give or take a bit. If you want a Bluetooth bms with individual parallel pack monitoring add $20 (+shipping)

That’s super reasonable, give me a month or two, and Ill probably take a pack

Btw i can prob do it even cheaper if it’s as a normal flatpack without pcb’s!(meaning its not flexible)

Hi

I’m the guy around your neighborhood with the Backfire AT. One of the hex screws on my Riptide complete stripped. Can you help? I’m willing to pay for your service. I have the hex shank tool but couldn’t get it out. TIA

Alrighty so I think I just need to find a decent remote, anyone had any experience with these? If not suggestions? https:///collections/remote-controller/products/torqueboards-2-4ghz-nano-remote-controller

Oh and this is a VESC I found on Aliexpress, think it’ll work or just go for the one on @torqueboards? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/FLIPSKY-FSESC-50A-V4-12-Multi-purpose-ESC-Electronic-Speed-Control-for-Electric-Skateboard-RC-Car/32953597292.html?spm=2114.10010108.1000014.2.1b705d36RPlnyW&gps-id=pcDetailBottomMoreOtherSeller&scm=1007.13338.124329.0&scm_id=1007.13338.124329.0&scm-url=1007.13338.124329.0&pvid=6ab091de-f9c4-4b0d-90b3-56da13ae5cfa

I use the torqueboards remote and its very reliable however it does have quite a short toggle distance which doesn’t suit everyone.

I use the vesc you liked on ali aliexpress with no problems. Both of the remotes you linked are good options you should also consider the vx1 remote from flipsky
