Is a 15t/36t it will give you a bit more of top speed )see the picture I sent you above, if you will feel that you want more torque, then change the motor pulley or wheel pulley. You can play with the calculator, you set the same parameter I used and just change either the motor pulley or the wheels pulley. Try to do not decrease to much on the motor pulley because otherwise you will have belt skip.

When you know the length of the belt that you need it, order some because you will need to change them.
For the wheel pulley, you can buy it or print it, so you can test multiple one. You find the STL from @JuniorPotato93 on the forum and Thingverse. They are great!

Note: When you choose a motor pulley you need to check the bore size, which has to be the same of the your motor. IN your case both are 8mm so is gonna fit. For the wheel pulley it’s important the wheel core. The one I linked you is correct.
make sure you use HTD5M belts as they have deeper teeth which results in less belt slipping

First link is perfect (my motor has 8mm shaft), but inner diameter isn’t mentioned in description, but I’m still waitng to get reply from seller. I’d buy it, but it doesn’t ship to Poland

I think I didn’t understand what you mean with family in USA. The pulley I linked to you in on ebay.co.uk, anyow that vesc is good, it is from Flipsky. A lot of people started to use it with success. Braking is like all the other 4.12 vesc, same thing of HK one. It’s good you adjust the setting in the VESC tool ecc… Of course dual set up will always have better braking than single

Why not going for an Ownboard/Wowgo/Skullboard kit? They have great kits but maybe you really want to ‘build’ your first board.

I mean you only have the Pulley kit left. So look for one that fit. There are a lot of good second hand parts on the forum. Just make a thread in the market as wanted item
