Can anyone help me diagnose why my motor is struggling when it first starts spinning? It is on sensored FOC, 11s3p, 6374. It was read properly when setting it up on the vesc tool, but now it’s doing this.

Made the tunnel riser. I routed half inch ply wood for it and painted it black

My 30q 11s3p battery is charging past 42% after it dropped to like 2% on a ride. Any ideas why?
