i have a 12s battery and my cutoff start is 40 and cutoff end is 39
and it says my vesc is at 29 degrees celsius. is that normal

It doesn’t even spin fully it jerks and shakes a ton. Even when it took it off the motor mount it still did that. Is there something wrong with my motor??
