what’s the dimensions of your 10s3p pack?
Sorry but I can’t give you the exact dimensions because I’m just far too lazy to remove the enclosure and measure it, plus it’s basically silicon-ed shut on the enclosure.
Essentially, it’s a double stacked (staggered) of 30 cells (30Qs) , with 15 cells staggered top of the other 15.

Are you still planning to use the gear drive? really would like to see how the consumption for the same board

For this build, no. I implemented it on another build of mine:
It was using the crappy Diyeboards dual motor kit before. Compared to that, my range increased by approximately 30% after swapping to my GD.

Looking back, what would you do differently on this board to improve it from the start? I’m asking because I would like to create a build based on this one and I’m new to diy.
