Vacuum formed the enclosure and spent 4 hours sanding/dremeling it to (somewhat) perfection. I’ve been coating it in black plastidip every once in awhile. I would take a picture but my dad would shoot me if I turned off the alarm system and went into the garage right now. Tomorrow.

It looks decent, but there is some uneven surfaces because of the vacuum forming. You can see where my dad messed up in the video. I sanded it to hell and back and dremeled a lot. It’s not perfect but certainly gets the job done. I’ve been coating it with plastidip once every hour.

Look at how slim! I decided to take off the grip tape and sand off the black spraypaint. I need some griptape inspiration! I had originally intended to use wood inserts w/threads, but that didn’t turn out too well. They came out with the screws
I ended up using machine screws w/ corresponding nuts.

So I just was on the Enertion website and a little pop up appeared in the corner saying “Mason in Melissa purchased a VESC-STANDARD”. Then I though I know someone on the forum named Mason. So I would guess that you live in Melissa, TX. Not trying to be a creep but the pop up thing Jason added on this website is just weird cause it gives away people’s location…
DIYs does it as well.
You could 3D print a stencil and spray paint, or if you have a laser cutter you could use that and have the design in griptape
